ClubPass accesses your precise location only when you actively initiate a check-in. We use your coordinates solely to verify you are physically present at a venue. We do not store your location history beyond what is necessary to validate a stamp session. We do not share individual location data with third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), JWT authentication tokens, and row-level database security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getclubpass.app. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
ClubPass is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
We send push notifications only to users who have granted permission through their device settings. You can disable push notifications at any time through your iPhone or Android settings. Notifications are localized — we only send venue alerts relevant to your geographic area.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
